Faraday1. Agreement and eligibility
In these terms, Faraday means the provider identified in your signed order form or services agreement. You means the organization receiving the services and its authorized users. You must have authority to act for that organization and to connect its systems.
Your signed services agreement, order form, and applicable data-processing agreement control if they conflict with these terms. These terms do not grant access to services or functionality outside your subscription or agreed pilot.
2. Permitted use
Subject to your agreement and applicable fees, Faraday grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services for your organization's internal business purposes during the agreed term. Faraday and its licensors retain their rights in the software, documentation, and technology.
Do not resell access, bypass access controls, interfere with the services, upload unlawful material, or use the services to access another party's data without authorization. Restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3. Accounts and connected systems
You are responsible for authorizing users, protecting credentials, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Connect only systems and data you are authorized to use. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms and availability.
Connecting Intuit QuickBooks or another service authorizes the agreed integration to access data within the permissions granted. A read-only workflow describes Faraday's permitted operations; it does not mean a third-party credential is technically incapable of writes. Any write-enabled workflow requires separate authorization and agreed controls.
You can revoke a third-party connection through the provider's controls or request assistance from Faraday. Revocation stops future authorized access through that connection, but does not by itself remove information previously imported into Faraday.
4. Customer data and privacy
You retain your rights in data you provide or authorize Faraday to access. You authorize Faraday to process that data to deliver the agreed services and support, subject to your agreement and applicable law. You are responsible for having the permissions needed to provide it.
The Privacy Policy explains how Faraday handles personal information. Where Faraday processes data on your organization's behalf, the applicable services and data-processing agreements define the instructions and responsibilities of each party.
5. Automation and human review
Forecasts, recommendations, and AI-generated outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review them against source records before making financial, purchasing, inventory, customer, or operational decisions. Outputs are not a substitute for professional advice or required safety controls.
Your configured workflow and signed agreement determine approval requirements and permitted actions. Access to a model or connector does not itself authorize customer outreach, financial transactions, or changes to business records.
6. Availability and responsibility
Service levels, support, warranties, remedies, liability limits, and dispute-resolution terms are governed by your signed agreement and applicable law. No particular revenue gain, cost saving, forecast accuracy, or uninterrupted availability is promised by this page.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Third-party outages, permission changes, and data-quality issues may affect connected workflows.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or ended as permitted by your signed agreement and applicable law, including where necessary to address unauthorized access or a security risk. On termination, the license to use the services ends.
Data return, deletion, retention, and transition assistance are governed by the applicable agreement and legal requirements. Ask Faraday about export and deletion before ending a connection or subscription.
8. Updates and contact
Approved changes will be published with an effective date and communicated as required by your agreement and applicable law. For questions about these terms or your service agreement, contact the Faraday team using the address below.
